🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as RetailPro, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.
