📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on property assets including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support to the property management team and other stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
• Work in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
