📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and specialized therapies.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Record and update guest treatment records accurately and promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest spa techniques and trends, and incorporate new methods into your practice.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining high service standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Spa Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputable spa or wellness center.
• Certified in at least one specialized spa treatment, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, or facial therapy.
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality spa services to diverse clientele.
• Strong knowledge of spa equipment and tools, including massage tables, facial machines, and body wrap supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with spa management software, such as SpaBase or Therapist Pro.
• Passionate about wellness and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
