You'll assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the guest rooms, ensuring that each room is prepared for the next guest. Additionally, you'll assist with any special requests or concerns our guests may have, ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including completing necessary documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, ensuring they are prepared for the next guest.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available to guests.
• Assist with any special requests or concerns our guests may have, ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel is well-maintained and guest rooms are ready for the next guest.
• Assist with the preparation of guest room amenities, such as mini-bars and welcome baskets.
• Promote the hotel's services and facilities to guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment is a plus.
