We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with Indonesian regulations. With a hybrid/remote option, you’ll be part of a team that drives our financial operations forward.

As our Payroll Executive, you’ll handle the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to final payment distribution. You’ll work closely with our HR team to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and accurate. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process monthly payroll for 50+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian tax and labor laws.
• Manage employee data in SAP and other HRIS systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
• Coordinate with the HR team to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Prepare and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Stay updated with changes in Indonesian labor and tax laws to ensure compliance.
• Provide payroll support during the annual tax filing period.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax and labor laws.
• Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid/remote environment.
