🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in import operations or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing import operations and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of global trade dynamics, customs regulations, and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
