📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Utilize hotel housekeeping software such as HRS or Spectrum to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain the St. Regis reputation for luxury and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel housekeeping to drive innovation and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing housekeeping teams and achieving operational goals.
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping software such as HRS or Spectrum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
