📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues promptly.
Manage and optimize IT systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure IT systems support project objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
Proficient in using IT support software such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
