📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the outlet's performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to align the outlet's operations with the overall business strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare outlets and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
