📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Use specialized tools and software such as Trane Tracer, Honeywell Experion, and AutoCAD for system diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct energy audits and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in a facility management or similar role.
• Certification as a Certified HVAC Technician (CHT) or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient in using HVAC software and tools such as Trane Tracer, Honeywell Experion, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and energy efficiency best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different job sites.
