📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance using Salesforce and HubSpot, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in consumer finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives.
- Represent Dwi Cermat Indonesia at industry events and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with all sales and marketing regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer finance industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of consumer finance products and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
