📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Manage tax compliance and filing, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making
• Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence
• Implement and maintain SAP and Oracle ERP systems for efficient financial management
• Conduct financial audits and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial planning and budgeting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
• Certification in Accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
