📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws, including GST and VAT.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their financial and accounting skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
