📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless stay for all villa occupants.
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping services to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring a high level of culinary excellence.
• Handle all guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the Head Butler to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring all special occasions are met with elegance and sophistication.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or concierge role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Knowledge of luxury villa management and guest service standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality software and tools such as Frontdesk, Cezanne, or similar systems.
• Valid work visa for Bali, Indonesia.
