As an Earthwork Supervisor at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd, you'll be responsible for managing a team of skilled earthwork operators, ensuring that all earthmoving and site preparation activities are carried out efficiently and safely. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement earthwork plans, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise. With your expertise in earthwork equipment and techniques, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of earthwork activities, including excavation, grading, and compaction.
• Manage a team of earthwork operators, ensuring they follow safety protocols and work efficiently.
• Monitor progress and quality of earthwork activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement earthwork plans.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during earthwork activities.
• Ensure all earthwork equipment is maintained and serviced according to manufacturer's recommendations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for the earthwork team.
• Ensure timely completion of earthwork activities, meeting project deadlines and milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in earthwork supervision, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing earthwork teams and activities.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia, preferably in Bali.
• Certification in earthwork safety and equipment operation (e.g., OSHA, CPEng, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
