📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and portfolio management
• Drive innovative site development projects and property enhancements
• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy rates
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, developers, and investors
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on tenant leasing and property development
• Proven track record of successfully managing tenant leasing and site development projects
• Strong understanding of market trends, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, OnQ, or similar)
• Certification in commercial real estate (e.g., CRE, CCIM, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment
