HR Manager (Mandarin Speaker) - PT Xianxing

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software to streamline HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
