📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide friendly and professional customer service to all clients.,Handle financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Assist customers with account inquiries and financial advice.,Ensure compliance with bank regulations and policies.,Manage cash handling and inventory.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Teller or similar role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of financial products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using computer and cash handling equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
