📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff,Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Proven experience in customer service or retail industry,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of inventory management and sales techniques,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
