Duta Dian Bakery is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
