📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.
