📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers entering and exiting the store
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations
  • Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-organized
  • Stock and organize products on the sales floor
  • Promote products and special offers to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily sales targets

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is a must
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
