📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Create and maintain an engaging and well-stocked cocktail menu.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety in the bar area.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders to maintain quality and consistency.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to continuously improve the bar experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing a team and leading bar operations.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
