📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Install, configure, and update software and applications.,Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintenance.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and executed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network systems and protocols.,Good understanding of IT security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
