📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).,Collaborate with management to ensure HSE objectives are integrated into business strategies.,Foster a strong safety culture within the organization.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management or a related field.,Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
