📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service.,Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.,Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient stock control.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of F&B service policies and procedures.,Monitor sales and revenue targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the F&B service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Proven experience in managing and supervising staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
