📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the physical and virtual infrastructure of our data centers, ensuring high availability and reliability of our cloud services.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect our data center and cloud infrastructure from potential threats.
• Conduct regular system performance checks and optimizations to ensure efficient operation of our cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in our data center operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations and security.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding our cloud infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud data center operations, and implement new solutions as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and immediate response to any critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations or a similar role in the cloud infrastructure domain.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash for automation and monitoring tasks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
