📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.
  • Participate in ward rounds and clinical meetings to discuss patient cases.
  • Ensure the ward is clean, organized, and safe, following infection control protocols.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive attitude, fostering a caring and respectful environment for both patients and colleagues.
  • Assist with the training and development of new staff members.
  • Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and technologies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).li>
