Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals of Foodpanda's operations in Bali.,Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide strategic advice and solutions.,Lead and manage HR projects, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key roles within the business, ensuring that the best candidates are hired.,Design and implement employee engagement and development programs that support the growth and success of the team.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure that Foodpanda's HR function is compliant and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of success in driving HR strategy and initiatives that support business goals.,Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and other stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
