Cafe Rama Bakso is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials within our supply chain. This role is crucial to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that we maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery services.,Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.,Handle any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise and work with the team to resolve them.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Ability to travel as needed for logistics activities.
