📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional development.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
