Den Fast Nusantara is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our logistics services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Schedule regular maintenance and servicing for all vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company fuel policies.,Oversee the assignment and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
