YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Manager to join our subsidiary team in Jakarta Pusat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and tax, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the subsidiary, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage tax obligations, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting, to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, with a focus on financial management and reporting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven experience in managing tax obligations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, including ERP systems, accounting software, and tax preparation software.
