📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive public health strategies aligned with national and regional health goals.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of health programs and initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis and monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of health interventions.
• Collaborate with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and community leaders to drive health improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards, and promote best practices in public health.
• Represent the Regional Health Authority of Bangka Belitung at national and international health conferences and forums.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the public health team.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable populations within the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective public health programs.
• Strong understanding of health policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
