📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
