PT Cakrawala Firdaus is looking for an Assistant Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.,Maintain accurate records of candidate information and application status.,Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Provide administrative support during the onboarding process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance.,Assist in the coordination of background checks and reference calls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
